Returns & Exchanges
We are more than willing to issue refunds, which is why we offer a no questions asked money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason or if there were any problems just send it back to us for a full refund, as long as the item is in the same condition as it was when it was sent out to you.
Returns are accepted within 14 days, the buyer pays for return postage unless the item was faulty when delivered.
The procedure for refunds is:
- Send us a return request letting us know that you would like a refund
- Once it is accepted, please send the item back to us at our main warehouse at the Bethnal Green, London Address
- Once we receive the item and check that it is in good condition we will issue you a full refund
As well as refunds you can always exchange an item, if this will make the item more suitable to your needs, please ensure the item is still in the same condition we sent it out to you and still in its original packaging.
The procedure for exchanges are:
- Message us to let us know that you would like to exchange an item, and what item you would like instead
- If the item you asked for is in stock we will give you an exchange code, please attach this to the parcel somewhere either outside or inside. Please note if you do not do this it may take longer to process your exchange
- Once we get the item back, and it is in the same condition, we will send out the replacement item, there is no need to open a refund/return request in this case
- Once the item reaches us we will pay for the shipping to get the replacement item out to you
